What You Prayed For Is On Its Way

Wa la sawfa yu’ṭīka rabbuka fa tarḍā."

And your Lord is going to give you, and you will be satisfied.

(Qur’an 93:5)

And one day,
Everything you prayed for
will arrive wrapped in His mercy,
fitting your heart like it was always meant to be.

Not rushed.
Not forced.
Not crafted in haste, but chosen with care.
Delivered by the rhythm of divine timing.

This is not a silence of neglect.
It is the silence of arrangement.
Because the One who heard you in the hushed whispers
has already written your relief.

You’ll look back and realise
the waiting was never empty.
It stretched you.
It softened you.
It made room inside you
for what once would’ve broken you.

The life you longed for didn’t pass you by,
It was simply waiting for you
to grow into the one who could carry it.

Because what you seek
isn’t just on its way.
It was always yours.
Just not in this version of you.

Wait well.
With grace. With trust. With open palms.
He never forgets what you whispered in the dark.

And soon—
He will give you.
And your heart will know what it means to be satisfied.

So be grateful,
even when you think you have nothing to be grateful for
because when you truly look around,
You’ll get tired of counting,
But the list to be thankful for will not end.

And your Lord—
He loves the souls who thank Him in their most enervated moments,
When they cannot see the path ahead.
That kind of gratitude—
He loves the most.
